Over more than a decade, we deployed for operators and financial institutions across three continents — progressively scaling from smaller operators to large groups operating across multiple countries. That experience gave us a deep understanding of how these organisations actually work, where they declare accurately, and where they don't.
For years, regulators relied on simple revenue declarations, traffic figures, subscriber counts — all self-reported, rarely verifiable, and frequently disputed. The data existed but no one had built the capability to collect it independently, process it at scale, and certify it to audit standards.
In 2017, we made the strategic decision to fill that gap: work for Regulators, and only Regulators.
We committed to work only for Regulators with the simple principle that you cannot serve a regulator with full independence if you have commercial or capital ties — direct or indirect — with the operators and banks they oversee.
